Add desired amount of Double Q Dry Rub w/ Sea Salt to melted butter & stir. Brush on grilled corn on the cob, grilled asparagus, grilled eggplant, etc. Great on burgers, steaks, chicken, fish,excellent drizzed on popcorn!

Beef, Lamb ~ medium: 160°
Beef, Lamb ~ well: 170°
Pork ~ medium: 160°
Pork ~ well: 170°
Ham ~ fully cooked: 140°
Ham ~ fresh: 160°
Turkey ~ unstuffed: 180°
Turkey Breast ~ 170°
All other Fowl ~ 185°
Venison Roasts ~ 140 -150°
